These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all sales of products concluded on the Elsolal website (https://elsolal.com) (hereinafter "the Site"). The site is offered by Aymeric Ravet, while the artistic works are sold by The Bitmap Connection Ltd. By placing an order on the Site, the customer unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.

The artistic works offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. The photographs and descriptions of the products, however, do not have contractual value. Product prices are indicated including delivery charges and VAT.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), delivery charges included. The applicable price is the one indicated on the Site at the time of the order. The Bitmap Connection Ltd reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without notice, it being understood that the price listed on the Site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
The customer can place an order directly on the Site. The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. The Bitmap Connection Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of payment problems, previous disputes, or product unavailability.
Payment is made by the means indicated on the Site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order will only be considered accepted after payment confirmation. In the case of credit card payment, payment data is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Transactions are managed by the service providers Stripe and PayPal.
Order processing and delivery are managed by Gelato.com. The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are given as an indication and cannot constitute grounds for order cancellation in case of delay. The Bitmap Connection Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to Gelato.com or the carrier.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw to The Bitmap Connection Ltd by email or postal mail. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products.
The Bitmap Connection Ltd cannot be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the customer, the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or a case of force majeure.
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any total or partial reproduction of these elements without the prior written authorization of The Bitmap Connection Ltd is prohibited.
The information collected on the Site is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to the data concerning them, which they can exercise by contacting The Bitmap Connection Ltd.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking the matter to the competent courts.
